I've seen censored videos, seems a lot of people with the 360 cams, which you can use with UNO, like to get naked.

A lot like Chat Roulette really.

I don't have a 360 cam, so I don't use that feature with any game.

Seriously you should stop playing uno online. I had a friend who played it for about 5 minutes before some people broke into his house and gang raped him. That game is not safe at ALL. Its one of the leading causes of penis exposure.
